On the way down from the mountains I have to come over a small mountain range. (small for Swiss standards anyway) This road connects Chiang Dao with Chai Prakarn. It is quite step and very curvy. I have seen many accidents on that stretch over the years. Yesterday I passed a truck that has tipped over at the road side. The truck was laying on the wrong side of the road just after a step curve and my guess is that the driver took the corner to fast and lost control as the heavy load must have pushed the truck over.
He was lucky there was no traffic on the other lane when it happened.
Oh that’s a shame. I pray the driver is ok.
I believe he is okay. They seemed to be all smilling. But then this is how one deals with stress. Keep smilling! 🙂
